Rpm gauge works. Speedo doesnt, the mile counter DOES NOT COUNT , the temp gague does not work. Gas, oil pressure, stock boost, and rpm are the only ones that work. yes the speedo cable is hooked up. Is there a fuse that could have blown?

Your VSS is bad. Or the reed switch in your speedometer.
There is a gear located on the bottom of the VSS that slides inside your transmission. They get eaten quite often.
The easiest way to test the reed switch would be to swap clusters with a known working one.

what is a vss? Whats it stand for. Are you talking about the cable that goes into the tranny?

edit nvm. vehicle speed sensor LOL. It's early. Also what would cause the temp gague to not work? ANd if its nor workign does that mean the car doesnt know when its hot so the fan's wont turn on? Or does the actual gauge have nothing to do with the fan turning on.
