First time datalog, need help

Got this info using TMOlog Version 1.16.02

Went out for a few highway pulls and got some logs, just wondering if anyone could use there trained eye and point out any possible problems they see.

Problems that the car currently has is as follows
-idle surge
-no vaccum at operating tempurature (well about1-2 inhg)
-Max boost about 8-9 PSI

In Image Log#3 the O2 voltage goes from 0.80V down to 0.14
In image Log#5 the i can't tell if the TDC sensor looks normal
In Image Log#6 just added for possible suggestion during pulls from 2nd through 3rd.

P.S. it's a 91 talon TSI fwd basically stock minus cut up air box and new downpipe and exhaust

Also notice that the low fuel trim is at 83 percent, what could be the problem there?

if you have no vaccum do boost leak test and fix it. that will solve all kinds of problems

Changed all the hoses and the system can hold 15psi easy. everything has been replaced

I'm going to test the intercooler for leaks tonight but a little more insight would be great. I'm trying to help my buddy but i'm use to Honda's and his car is a Turbo which i'm not use to dealing with. Thanks
