Still working out the kinks guys. Just installed an evo3 a few days ago.
The first few minutes after starting the car there is an odd "chirping' sound whenever I apply throttle enough to get it to leave vac and hit 2-3 psi. It goes away once it gets higher PSI than that, it also goes away completely once the car hits operating temp. I just wanna make sure I'm not starving my new turbo of something it needs. Thanks guys.

Thank god I look around a bit before I posted.... I'm actually having the exact damn problem right now. I did currently have my exhaust manifold off (it has a small surface crack, nothing major) and now that it is back on, the noise comes. It's like a fluttering noise once I boost but it does go away when the car heats up a bit. I'm guessing I'll have to take off the manifold and re-gasket it?
