Apexi AVC-R, is it worth it on FWD?

Got a friend tryin to sell me his apexi avc-r and i wanted to know if it was worth it for $200 to put on my fwd to hopfully help the wheel spin issue from boosting too much.

Man it is so worth it IMHO since i ran one on my fwd and do so on my awd. you can controll how much boost you want in every gear and at what rpm also. for a FWD it is such a big gain to kep you from spinning so much in 1st and 2nd.
