I don't seem to be getting any power to my sunroof...It's not the fuse so it must be somewhere else. I don't hear the motor whining or anything when I press the open switch so I doubt the motor is shot. I'm basically clueless when it comes to the wiring schemes on my talon so if anyone could tell me where to look first and then go on from there it would be much appreciated.

Well the motor also has a circuit breaker inside it which could be stuck tripped or the motor is bad. You could disconnect it and touch 12 volts on it's 2 wires to make sure it works. But first know that there is a 20A fuse, a 10A fuse, and a 30A fusable link that should all be tested. The sunroof switch itself may be faulty - test it. Lastly the sunroof ECU may have died.
