Engine is freshly rebuilt after spun #4 rod bearing. I figured it was due to oil starvation. :D

Oil Pressure is perfect at startup and cold idle.

When engine is warm the oil pressure drops below the stock L line(my autometer sender broke so i'm using my stock gauge, plz bear with me)

I'm using 5w30 Mobile 1 motor oil.

If i'm driving and let off the gas and press the clutch to stop the engine dies.

I've read the posts about the oil sender connection so I sautered the wire to the sender. That Did not fix the problem.

I've also read the posts about the Oil Pressure Relief Valve being stuck open. I replaced the piston and spring and that Did Not fix the problem

Please HELP!!!

Well here is my advice to you. First off I would recomend running 10W30 oil it might help you get a little better oil pressure. Also, did you remove the balancer shafts when you rebuilt the engine because when I did that to mine my oil pressure was always low after that also.

i'll try 10w30 oil. :thumb:

Yes the balance shafts where removed but everone that I talked to that did got an increase in pressure, not a decrease.

I have the block off bearings installed.
