car is having problem.... RPM goes up and down...(2G eclipse)

yesterday i tried to install upper intercooler pipes and couldnt install it...

i took out intake and stock upper intercooler pipes and i put it back where they

were... after i put the stock ones back and i started the engine...

RPM goes down to almost to 0 and goes up and goes down and goes up
again....

it happens while im driving too...so i just check all the pipes and started car

again and again.... and it got normal.... but today, after the work, i was coming

through the parking and i tried to close the window but it didnt move and i see

battery light was on in gauge... i parked and turned off the engine and tried to

turn off the headlight but it didnt work.. the light is still on even if i turn it to OFF

and lights in the car and windows didnt work... i tought the battery was died...

so i started the engine to see if its wrong with battery but the engine was

turned on and RPM goes up to 2 and comes down really slow to 1 1/4 and

stayed... RPM should be in about 3/4... it was too high

so i turned off the engine, tried to disconnect the +line from the battery to

reset... i opened the hood and i saw spark from the + line and it got normal...

head light was turned off and all the light in the car and window was working...

i just reset it anyway and started the engine.... and samething from yesterday

happened....
RPM started to trippin again.... goes up and dow up and down....

damn... anybody know whats wrong?? leaking??? i checked all the clamps

and i tied them tightly...

Everytime you touch anything related to the turbo or IC, do a boost leak test. Get in a habit of it. That is your first step.
That will cause your rough idle.

Are your dash warning lights on at all? Even a little bit of a flicker? If yes, alternator is dieing.

Post back after your boost leak test.
