First off I have searched the forums, and I have researched for weeks and to no avail I have NO idea what is wrong with my car.
The first problem happend after I got my transmission rebuilt at the dealership. It would idle rough and sputter,yet in highr rpm's it would be fine. Also after letting the car warm up(so to speak) It runs fine( no sputtering), yet has less power on the ass dyno.
The second problem is now all of the sudden I can't get the shifter into any gear. I managed to drive home in second gear last night, but even that one gives me a large amount of resistance. However, when i shut the car off it shifts fine. (clutch maybe?)
my mods are
2.5" downpipe, high flow cat, cat back
buschur MBC set at 15 lbs boost
k&N FIPK
homeade 2.5" UICP
1g Bov
ACT 2100lb Clutch 9-10 months old(roughly)
PLEASE help me out, I need to drive this car back to college, and can't afford to take it to the dealer.

I hope to god that didn't fry my flywheel or damage the clutch.
