It just turns over with out starting.

and for the compression test I got

Cylinder 1 .......85 psi
Cylinder 2 .......85 psi
Cylinder 3 .......85 psi
Cylinder 4 .......93 psi

Also when I pulled the number one spark plug, it was damaged like either something hit the prong, or it got so hot that it melted. I'm also not a 100% confident in the compression test. The tester had to be screwed into the head and with the spak plug holes being so far down, I'm not sure if it was tight enough

If you're worried about the timing belt skipping a tooth, this is how you can check it.
http://www.vfaq.com/mods/timingbelt-2G.html
Take the upper timing belt cover off and skip down to #8(Set your engine at TDC). After you read that, pay close attention to figure #3 and #4. You're not changing your timing belt so just do the above. Like the site says, you will more than likely have to rotate your engine by hand. Just turn it clockwise though.
If the timing marks don't line up, then you know you have a problem(skipped a tooth, etc).

Good luck
