after hard acceleration my car dies in neutral

alright guys heres whats going on wene i take my car out and really get on it wene i start slowing down and push the clutch in and shift into neutral the rpm's just fall and the car dies
my cousin said it could be the isc so i just got a new throttle body and isc and it still dies can anyone help me please.

Are you venting your BOV? Was any work done recently?

im not venting my bov i just put on a new throttlebody with all the sensors

Perform a pressure test for boost/vacuum leaks and make sure IPS, TPS and ISC are set correctly and operational. Most problems are related to whatever work you've just done.
