Help please dunno whats goin on

Ok here is the run down, I put polyurethane motor mounts on then a Timing belt, tensioner, and the other tensioners other than the Auto tensioner. And now my idle surges I messed witht he BISS screw and I though I got it fixed b/c it quit idle surging sitting still but when ya go down the road and have to shove the clutch in it jumps from like 500 to 1200 RPM's. I had gas smoke "is what someone told me" coming outta my exhaust with some kinda liquid. I got some of the liquid on my finger and it didn't have any smell. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok i got it fixed, the exhaust cam was out 1 or 2 teeth and the intake cam was out a half a tooth.
