OK,

I had some water in my passenger side fog light...how it got in there, I don't know. I found a thread from another guy with the same problem, removed the fog light, opened up the back, poured the water out, let it air dry for 1 day, and reinstalled it. Now it doesn't work. Removed again, reinstalled again, still doesn't work.

Any suggestions/instructions on how to test the harness plug to make sure it is still feeding power? (This I assume is easy, just don't know what tool(s) I would need or how to test).

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Maybe a replacement from Mitsubishi graveyard is in order?

Also, the water left the bottom 1/4 of the lens stained yellow...If I can get it to work, any ideas on how to clean that and get it clear again?

Thanks in advance,

Jimmy

The water shouldn't have an effect. Make sure the bulb's good, and use a ground jumper to make sure the bulb's working outside the housing. Clean the area of the housing where the bulb base seats so that it can get a good ground.
Start with Simple Green on the inside of the light, and if needed work up to CLR. I don't know if that's liable to destroy your reflector. Find a soft brush you can get to work inside the housing through the bulb hole.
