Ok so when I put the fuse for the flashers in the left blinkers stay on no matter what position the switch is in I could try to put the right signal on and the left one still blinks!...I dono what to do.....Its not the relay cuz the hazards work....I dono im thinking It might be the switch itself....Id rather not bring it to Mitsubishi so I can avoid down time but i might just have to bring it in......any ideas?

Well actually it could still be the "turn signal and hazard flasher unit" since there is a lot more circuitry in it than just relays (eg. in fact if a particular one of the diodes in it shorted, it would do exactly as you describe). Try swapping it with a known good one if you can. When you turn on the hazards do all the lights flash correctly with each other and of equal intensity? If not check all the bulbs. Also their sockets for corrosion.
