Bad 3rd gear synchronizer?

Whenever i shift into third gear i get an obnoxiously loud scraping noise. Also, whenever im driving and shifting i still get the ratteling noise but it stops in 5th (I've been skipping over third gear). We thought the throwout berring was bad so i had a clutch replacement but guess what....it didn't work. So if anyone thinks they know anything about this problem, let me know, please! What do you think bad synchronizer? That's my next bet........

Also, it sounds like something is just spinning around in there and hitting the inside of the tranny if i keep the throttle held at 3,500 RPM's in neutral.

I get the same noise when im going into reverse from neutral, however this can be avoided in my car for some reason by first putting the car into 5th returning to neutral and then going into reverse.

Does yours sound like a nut or bolt just tossing around in there? mine is REALLY loud...i'll post the the sound here in a little bit....
