One night imeediately after a hard run in my car, it just stopped building boost. I took off the intake and the compressor wheel is stuck and will not budge. Is my turbo dead, anyone have any suggestions?

duh. The compressor wheel on the turbo is suppose to spin freely. Not be seized up. When you pull it off check your oil and water lines.

either way my turbos done right? i can turn the compressor with a wrench and it's extremely difficult and when it gets to a certain point it sticks. How would i go about checking the oil and water lines, pull them off to see if they're flowing freely?
