Logger issues , Palm'n'stein

no matter what i do the damn thing will not transfer logs to my PC. this is what i do , i save the log , attach to pc cradle push button message pops up says sync complete, i go into c:\program\palmone\tonyn\backup my log is not there ! I do an entire PC search for my log file , its not there ! I reinstall the palm software on desktop (downloaded recent version [dont have orginal cd]) that doesnt work. I totally blank the palm and all data , reinstall palm logger software , relog , resync still nothing !! I am really getting about this . Has anyone else had this many problems ???

i hate to bump in any way but all my research brings me back to ZERO again ! this cant be a plam hardware problem right ? I redid all software i find it hard to beileve it could be hardware.
