The other day when I had put the oil in my car, I used a full 5 quart jug of it and after running the car at idle for 30 minutes and letting it cool down for another 30, I checked it. The dipstick had shown that I was a quart "low". I didn't think anything of it but tonight I was out putting some miles on my car since it is completely rebuilt with 50 miles on it as of now and I decided to stop and get a quart of oil. After putting it in, I drove probably 4 or 5 miles and got on it for like 3 or 4 seconds at which point it felt like I lost power and then all of a sudden tons of smoke came shooting out the exhaust and I mean ALOT. I pulled over into a parking lot and looked everything over.... Smoke coming through my air filter, took my oil cap off and a bunch of smoke coming from in there, etc...I had my friend start the car up after the smoke cleared pretty much and when he did, alot more smoke started coming from in between my 02 housing and exhaust b/c I dont have a gasket there right now. Now could it be that the dipstick isn't sticking in the whole way or something and what I was seeing on it was 5 quarts but at the low line? Does this sound like a blown oil seal on the turbo b/c of too much oil? If the dipstick was wrong, that means I had 6 quarts of oil in my car but like I said, it said I needed to add a quart so...
Extra note - took mass air off and intake tube off and saw oil laying inside of the compressor housing
