I changed my intercooler clamps to T-Bolt clamps and took the car out for a test run. First pull was fine at 20psi...second pull it wouldn't get over 10psi at 6k rpm. Its almost as if the wastegate is stuck slightly open. There is also a high pitch whistle once you get over 5-7psi. It really sounds like one of the connectors is leaking but I've checked them, and they seem fine...could this be a blown turbo causign this?

Pertinent mods: FP Red, ext dump O2 housing with Tial 40mm

try a boost leak test. i had the same thing happen when i was adjusting my mbc and it ended up being my bov gasket was leaking at about 15psi. fixed the gasket and no more whistle and i had solid boost. hope this helps
