my a/f meter doesn't even register into the lean light on the very left. When I go full throttle it sometimes only lights up the very first Lean LED on the left.

Also, it has started to almost stall when I rev it up in neutral to about more then 5000rpm and let go of the gas, as it returns back down to idle it dips very low to almost stall (~150-200rpm) then back to normal idling. Only started as soon as the 3" turboabck went in. Gutted cat, 3" straight through resonator and a muffler with a V in the middle 3" inlet/outlet. I have a turboxs type H to atmosphere (but it was fine before the exhaust) so anyone know whats going on?

Unrelated (but maybe related) was before my exhaust I kept getting check engine lights for idle control system malfunction, but my ISC was always fine, every time I erased the code, it would consistently come back in a few weeks (5 times or so).

TIA for any help.

So you are venting without a maft setup? That is probably the biggest problem. Secondly how did you check the IAC (ISC) to know that nothing was wrong with it, especially since it keeps throwing the code? I think it could be several things, but the first thing you should try is to recirc the bov, run it and we can go from there.
