Frikkin idle surge....sits just below 2k..Y!!!!!!!!!!

My man Hybrid AWD came down and got her runnin for me. SO thats the good.

When she starts she just surges constantly. no CEL or nothin. I take off the TPS wire and she runs fine. I put it back on and then it goes back to surging. i have the TB nippels looped instead of capped but it seems strang that it would run fine after i take the TPS wire off.

Help DSM brothers. I have video if any of u wnat to actually hear and see it when i pull the wire off.

your problem is one of the three, biss screw leaking, fiav broken, or isc. could be 1 or more of those problems, look on vfaq for solutions.

You forgot to tell him to check the throttle shaft seals. They do get brittle and dont seal. On the flip side, the cost $11 from www.machv.com and takes about 20 min to install.

I used to have the same problem so i just unpluged my tps switch and my isc andd things have been running smooth ever since.
