car bugging out when turbo engages

hi im having a big problem on my talon tsi 1995, the car does not have a boost controler but it was boosting 10 pounds i guess someone mess with the westgate actuator lately psi gauge has been reading 5 psi exept of 10 and when the turbo kicks in the car starts to bug out it feels like if there is not enough explosion it wont go anywhere and rpm wont go past 5 thousand. it feels like the car missfires or something, can anybody please but please help me.

i dont know if u got the same problem that i had but my car hesitating when i would hit the gas, so i put in new spark plug wires and it is fine now

no man is not that i just put brand new NGks on it thanks.

what kind of spark plugs are you running?
