Yea so i'm drivin and my car popped out of second so i try to put it back in and it grinds. So i try again and pull pretty hard on the shifter but i mean i've jammed it in to gear harder when racin and what not. but yea i feel something pop. so i keep drivin and now when i go to put it in any of the bottom row gears the shifter comes way to far back and is much harder than normal to take out of gear too. It pretty much felt like the shifter cables were all boogered up. so i get it home and yea i look down at the cables on top of the trannies and i can see the steel braided cord i haven't taken eveything off to get to it yet so im not exactly sure where it broke. But seriously who breaks a shifter cable? Does that really every happen come on now? Yea so if anybody knows what the price of a used shifter cable from the boneyard would run me i would greatly appreciate an answer. Damn i hate my car!!!
