96 Gst Rough idle, missing thru rpm range

Hi I have 96 gst auto,I was recently having trouble driving my car would miss during normal
driving , it would buck/miss and it stepped on the throttle it would not go anywhere,So I did a little tuneup plugs were changed a 1,000 miles ago, I changed the plug wires and air filter just few minutes ago now the car seems to miss more at idle now, also I cleaned The Mass air flow sensor with some eletronic parts cleaner, Im 100 percent I have the correct firing order
also i noticed on my driver side coil pack , of the sparkplug connectors is cracked would this affect anything? Any help will be appreciated. thanks

is it also sometimes dsifficult to start?

Might want to check the EGR. A partially open EGR will draw more vacuum and create a vac leak type scenerio. Also in boosted cars it can create boost leak.
