Im about to buy a side to side FMIC, but somethin is in the way for pipe leading to the turbo, i havet seen it on other eclipses so im having a hard time understanding what it is, if iv tracked it right it's going buy som connections and ending up at the intake mainfold. have alook at the pictures and explain it to me plz

WTF? considering your from europe. Its an evap canister. It sense's how much fuel your buring. You could take it all off. i'm not sure if it will hurt but a friend said he had the same thing on his integra and took it off and it had no i'll effects. Good luck. I have never seen a mitsu in the state's with one of those.

Yes but iv imported it from Connecticut so is a usa model.

Never mind, i got the answer from another forum.
The Evaporation canister extracts the fuel vapors from the fuel tank, easely explained.

So for anyone else that wants to remove it.. it is duable, plug the line(s) leading to the intake mainfold and plug the line(s) leading to the fueltank, if the gascap ventilation works there wont be a problem, if it dosent you may need to unplug the line(s) leading to the fueltank.
