No boost?

I was driving around and I noticed I wasn't showing anything on the stock boost gauge when I accelerated. I can't feel the pull I use to feel when I floor it, and my car sounds like and NA. The car drives but I don't know what happened to my turbo. If anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

someone stole your turbo!!!!!!!!! damn that sux



check your turbo for shaft play and if its smoking...

also check your vaccum lines... maybe you have a HUGE leak or something


I've heard of the exhaust side of the turbo getting f*ked up enough so basically the exhaust air couldn't push them basically turning the car to a POS NA.... but its just hearsay on random websites... not for DSM's specfically

Forget the stock gauge, what does your avcr say? Can you hear the turbo spool? Three posibilities I can think of:

1. Dead turbo.
2. Bad actuator.
3. "Huge" boost leak.

Make sure the actuator arm is still connected to the flapper of the wg. There is a cotter pin in there that likes to rot out and then the arm can slip off.
