blown head gasket?

Ok it all stared with sparatic idle. from 1100 down to 1000 and back up agin. then I smelt what I thought was antifreeze coming out of the exhuast. last night I ckecked my dip stick and the oil looked clear like it should. This morning the oil was black not like chocolite so I started my car and the Idle was normal but it started to wine. turned it off . is this the begining of a head gasket problem? why would my oil be so dark its been changed recently.
maybe I sould look into it further but I would like a second opinion. thanks



ok figured it out, its defenitly a blown head gasket. steam pouring out of the muffler , left a puddle!

I have a friend whos car is doing the same thing..i haven't personally looked at it myself but my friend went to test drive it and when he started it he said that is missed for a minute then cleared up, but had an idle problem after the missing quit.. i know from experience on hondas that when u first start a car and it misses that means that overnite coolant has seeped into the cylinders and it causing the motor to miss...could you tell me more detail on exactly what it was doing or did it effect any driving ability? any info would help cause the guy is selling the car extremely cheap, and i just want a headstart on what i am getting myself into.. thanks if you want you can e-mail [email protected]
