I'm having a probelm with my bov. Since I've installed my T04B my bov will repeadilly relase boost at around 10psi + in 4th and 5th gear only. In third gear the bov holds up to 18-19 psi fine but once I shift to fourth my greddy type s with just repeadaly release air. The first step I took to fix this probelm was to replace my stock 1g bov with a greddy type s, that didn't work. Then I replaced the entire bov vacume line, that didn't help. What do you guys think is causing this? boost leak? I wish I could do a boost leak test but I don't have access to a air compressor right now. Would a leak in the intercooler piping cause something like this or should I just start replacing all my vacume lines?

Sorry to revive the thread, but i'm having this problem too. I can do 1/4 mile times perfect, because i don't hit 5th gear. I can take 4th to redline(what i do in the 1/4), but if i try a pull in 5th gear(at a lower speed), i hit about 90mph and my BOV goes off. I found this out on a track(road course), just a little FYI.
