Turbine Body/Housing YELLOW/WHITE/BURNT why?

Ok I was changing the oil+other stuff and noticed my turbine housing is not the pretty metal color that it should be. It's yellow and the bottom is solid black (obviously burn marks) It spins fine and the car has good power (MBC set to 13 PSI) so why is it the color of piss?
