is my ics dead or going??

i have a 91 eclipse gs non-turbo whenever i start the car and its in "warm up mode" the engine starts cutting out like it will be at 2700 rpms and then cut down to 1900 then go back up then back down. and when im driving and let the car coast the rpms drop and it feels like the engine is engine breaking.and when im at idle its eratic like sometimes it will be perfect and then it will start jumping around. does this mean my ics is going?

i guess ill have to test the stupid sensor. im done trying to fix this car over 2000 dollars of work and ill i have performance is a header and a muffler and all the free mods grrrr can't wait to sell it and get myself a 91 turbo dsm :laugh:

Yea I have a 92 Eclipse and have decided that it isnt worth upgrading that. Go with Turbo, AWD, 5pd. Good luck in finding one.

i tested the ics and it tested at 29 ohms all 4 unless i didt do t right anything else to test?

Just so you know ahead of time, my coils tested within spec even though I recieved a CEL reporting a problem with the ISC. It's MUCH cheaper to find a used throttle body off of ebay that the owner left the ISC attached to. I got a 1g TB and ISC for $90.
