I have tried every thing to get rid of the boost creep in my agp l2 turbo so I just bought a VP o2 housing flanged for a 40mm tial waste gate and I got the waste gate with a 1.0bar spring, well I removed the internal flapper on the turbo and install the o2 housing and waste gate. I tee'd into the bov line and just hooked it straight into the waste gate it self and took it for a test run. It would creep up to about 25psi before it would hit about 29psi with the internal gate. What do you think I should do to solve this it’s driving me crazy LOL, port the waste gate hole on the turbo?

Did you port the wastegate passage behind the flapper as much as possible like you are supposed to? If you don't open that up it isn't going to flow anymore than it did with the internal gate wide open.

nope i didnt port the wg hole at all, one of these days im gunna bring the turbo to AMS and have them fully port the turbo. thanks for the help

Did you check out the link I gave you? The key is to port the turbine inlet to the point where you can see the wastgate hole when you look straight down providing a easier path when the wastgate opens up. My turbo and o2 was "fully ported" by Turbotrix and it didn't help a bit. I ended up porting it myself.

i ported the turbo like that link said and it did take the creep away but i seem to have lost some top end power. do u think that making the wastegate port to big could be the problem LOL?

I ported it like that too but didn't put it in yet, still trying to get a broken manifold stud out. I'll let you know if I lost top-end as well as soon as I get a chance to install them. I didn't port the actual wastgate too much, I heard that's the reason why people looses top end.
