I got many new problems. I don't know if they are related but these are the problems.

95 gsx with 6 bolt.
some mods.
20 degrees outside.

1. When i start up the car the car starts up. The is a weird sound like when the car is already started and it is being cranked. That bleaaahhh...sound. But not as loud and more of a belt whiplash sound. (this happens when it is also warm outside) This happens mostly when it is the first time the car is being start up.

2. I replaced the car with a new thermostat and battery. When the car is cold the car idles at 1.5-2k rpm. When the car is warmed up then the car has some trouble trying to keep the idle up. It goes down and bogs or die. Mostly after a drive off the freeway the car's idle would go stright down and the car would die unless i shift gears. Then when i come to a stop at any light the idle would fall and the car would die. It also happens during driving, if i don't shift fast enough and the idle dropps then the car would dies unless i get it into another gear.
This doesn't happen when the car is cold. Only when warm. My blitz turbo timer also reads a low reading for battery voltage when the car is bogging and dying or is dead. The voltage reads: 11.5 when dead, 13.5-9 when driving.

Sorry for the long write up but i hope this can help you guys help me fix the car. thanks

The battery voltage drops because the battery is trying to keep the car alive when it's falling on its face.

While you're at it, pull out the ISC and check the coils in it with a multimeter (per service manual) and see if any of them are burned up .. the car will likely idle hunt (or have trouble keeping idle) if some of the coils are bad.
