non turbo blue smoke

my friends got a 95 rs and it smokes blue when the car is heated at warm tempreature, at cold it is normal gray. his exhaust tip is covered with oil on it but his spark plugs are not fouled at all. compression is 180 straight through all cylinders. what could be the problem?

sounds like a blown head gasket..

My friend has the same problem too but i thought a blown gasket would lower the compression
