Ok.... So i have the car set at 2 settings. Low 16psi and High 21psi ... So the profecb2 handles that. The setup up is FP EvoIIIBig16g FullPorted, EvoIII02, 550's, 255, Safc2, Greddy Type S, free mods, New TPS, New 1st 02, SS ClutchLine, ACT2600, Full 3" TurboBack, WideBand02, PocketLogger... 10mm MagnorCore Wires, NGK 7es, Mobile1.
{Small hole in SMIC pluged wit screw. Did pressure test, and found some leaks, but could get psi past 5psi on the boost gauge... with a home airpump.... But the thing is, it will happen at High and Low. I have a CircertSort TPS (just replaced) and the MisFire on Cyc4. I dont have a FPR, and its not really tuned... Only ran 13.3 @ 100mph on c16 24psi breakin up at total of all gears.... }


The problem is when I go under boost sometimes, I get a backfire and the car feel sooo machine gun and doesn't go anywhere...

When i'm accelerating, it likes to climb away, instead of me telling it to go, it just takes off, instead of being smoke.

If you have it set to like 17psi+ when your at like 3500-4400 it will boost strong, then jerk bad.

How to Adjust Throttle Cable? Need to tighten..Bad... flops around. and the correct way to install the TPS Sensor.

HOW TO FIX the Exhaust..
I have a bad leak by the transfer case and felx sections with the full 3"... Cause its soo big, its rubs against the transfer case and makes a holes object. and a Leak by the gasket cause of how the holes for the bolts.

Need to figure out soon...

So SAFC-2 Tunning Idean... something... give it to me! :thumb:
 
Im only responding to the questions I understand because the others are too confusing to read.

If you have it set to like 17psi+ when your at like 3500-4400 it will boost strong, then jerk bad.
Check all your ignition components. Check for proper plugs and gaps, ignition wires, and coil packs.

How to Adjust Throttle Cable? Need to tighten..Bad... flops around. and the correct way to install the TPS Sensor.
The throttle cable is adjusted by two bolts mounted on the rear of the intake manifold. simply losing these bolts, apply the proper tension (while the engine is warm), and retighten.
To adjust the TPS properly you will need a Voltmeter and check out www.vfaq.com for proper grounding/procedures.

Sounds like you need to bend your mounting points so you have proper clearance. If the exhaust is leaking at a weld your probably best off taking it to a muffler shop to have them fix it, unless you know how to weld. The leaking gasket will need to be replaced.

Most of these questions are basic maintenance questions. I think you would benefit from buying a maintenance manual such as Haynes. Manuals like Haynes will include everything you would need from basic questions to torque specifications and engine rebuilds. Good luck in your repairs and have fun getting better aquainted with your DSM.
 
the crazy "backfiring" may have been your transfer case locking up which would explain the lack of power feel........ :dsm:
