I have a 1990 eagle talon and i got this car with several spun bearings. I pulled this motor out and rebuilt it completly. I put the motor back in the car and hooked everything up like the Haynes manual tells me too. I go to start this car and it wont start, so immediatly i act like this car is a no start. I checked for spark and fuel to the rail and i have both. From there i checked compression which was good and made wsure the car is in time. Then i decided to try and spray carb cleaner in the manifold to try and start it and the car fires right up. So now i am thinking the car isnt getting fuel so i checked the fuel relay circuit near the ECU and it checks out alright. I have power at my injectors(11.66 volts) and the resistance at each of my injectors is 2.4 to 2.6 which the Haynes manual says is good. The fuel pump pumps fuel all the way to the rail, but the damn car just wont start. I dont know what to do!!!!!!!!! please help if anyone has any advice.
 The reg will block all fuel flow if set up this way.
The injectors will pop out of the rail without the manifold under them to support em when fuel pressure is applied. You can depressurize the system, remove an injector, and see if it opens when it's cranked though. Check what I said above regarding pulling a plug, though.
