Blown TURBO, problems results from it

okay, so i have oil in my intake piping, a littel shaft play, and constant oil being burned out the exhaust and when i boost, a smoke cloud teh size of el nino.

my mods are the following:
1995 GSX

6 bolt engine swap
1g head
1g intake manifold
1g throttle body
1g coil pack
b16g ported polished turbo
2.5 ''stainless steel down pipe
stainless high flow cat
full 3 inch stainless exhaust
intake with piping
manual boost controller
autometer boost gauge

I am running 13-14 psi. Prolly only a 15 second maybe worse 1/4 mile. I am running really rich (fireballs out the exhaust), and getting shitty gas mileage (10mpg). Are all these problems results of my blown turbo?

Will a new EVO III 16g turbo solve all these problems? And bolt up the same way as my big 16g did? Should i be like a high 13 s 1/4 mile with my mods? Car just seems really slow for what i have done.
 
Running rich and poor mileage sound more like a vacum leak. If you're still making boost, then that turbo still has some life left in it. Swapping to an evoIII 16G will only solve the smoking exhaust, but you'd still have poor performance and poor mileage. That setup should have you knocking on 13's door, and with a pump and afpr, you could go deeper.

Do a pressure test on the intake, as well as a leakdown test, www.vfaq.com has instructions for both.

BTW, how much in/hg is your boost gauge reading at idle and during a coastdown?
 
i dont have vac readings on my boost gauge. But when i do a boost leak test all i get is some bubbling inside the block or somewhere. I cant get any pressure to even register to the boost gauge which is tapped in after teh fuel pressure solenoid.
