My 95 GST with a new 2.4 Ltr block is not getting spark for some reason! I took out the coil pack and took it to Autozone they said their tester skipped that part number and couldnt test it! I took it to Oriellys and they dont test them. So does anybody know a way to test the coil pack, and also they told me to test the control module? I have no idea what that is or how to take it out. I have an aftermarket VENOM CONTROL MODULE but I dont think thats what he is talking about? My car does have compression but it dosent start ( Due to the spark) or maybe the crank sensor. I am have the sensor replaced tomorrow and I dont know what to do about the spark?

you can ohm the coil pack to see if its good get out your manual and look up in ignition and you'll see a sub title for coil. Go to that page and it will tell you how to use the ohm meter to check. Very eash. Oh BTW the ohms symbol on your multi meter looks like and omega letter in the greek alphabet which btw also means THE END.

or you could take of the wires were they go on the plug and get a spare plug and turn the car over and see if you see spark with the plug touching metal... thats the easy way. but you should do it with the ohm meter...
