Wow. I had a really crappy night. Put on new rotors and brake pads, and a boost controller and boost guage. Everything was going great, we went for a drive and everything was fine. I turned onto my road and I lost oil pressure, so I shut the car off and pulled over. I got under the car and oil is everywhere. I checked my oil filter and it was loose (been having issues with this) so I tightened it, thinking this was my problem, and went to walmart to get some oil with a friend. We got three quarts and got back to my car to put the three quarts in and it was not really leaking that bad with the car not on, a drop every few seconds, or so, but it was tough to tell if was the already leaked oil that was coming down underneath the car. I turned it on for a few seconds, to go down the road to go home, and my friend yells for me to shut the car off. (He was standing by my hood). He said he heard the oil hit the ground. ALL THREE QUARTS dropped out of the car. I am going to get under it tommorrow and see if I can tell what it is. I know its next to impossible to tell unless you are looking at the car, but do you guys have any ideas? Im so frustrated right now its not even funny. I just got my car off of the flatbed at my house. Thanks in advance for the responses.

Another update...
The filter seems to become looser and looser as driving goes on, this is of course previous to the looseing all the oil and pressure. After the initall blow up of oil everywhere, we went and got some more oil and and tightened what seemed to be the loose filter. I did notice that the last time we changed the fliter, the assembly that the filter sits on, which seemes to be the oil cooler, rotated about and 1/8th of a turn each way. Not sure if there is any relenvence to that but it seems kinda fishy. Also when we refilled the oil after the intial blow up, and started the car it ran for ruffly 10 seconds fine, and then once the oil pressure built up it made a large phssssew sound and the oil once again flew all over. I then check the filter and it did not seem to be loose enough to cause such a large leak ( the filter was not really loose at all ). So tomorrow we will get under the car and check the lines, but is there any where specifically that we should isolate our attention on??? Thanks for any inpute, we would like to get ht ecar running again asap.
