Pulsating idle and right fan going crazy.

(90 eclipse GS) When ever i move from a stop then stop like at a light or something my idle will rase to 1500 then drop to 1000 then keep doing that 2 or 3 more times then it will stop. And it will keep doing that every time i move. and every time the idle dropes the right fan (if your in the drivers seat) turns on. In my friends probe it did that when his coolant temp censore wasent connected. wut do you guys think. there is no trouble codes.

i just took the car around the block and figured out that the idle only pulsates when the car is moving. I accelerated the car then hit the clutch so the idle would drop. it droped to 1200 then whent up to 1500 then continued to do that over and over again. so then i hit the brake and stoped then it did it one more time then stoped. so wut u think?
