boost issues

when i lay into the throttle the car builds boost right up to 15psi but then it drops to like 11 or 12, but if i come off the gas and get back on itll go back up to 15 again. and if im gradually getting into the throttle i can get it to hold 15 as well. its just the wide open part that it drops. anything i can do to fix this. its a turboxs MBC if that means anything

also, randomly after riding up the boost and coming off the throttle ill get some delayed smoke out the exhaust like a second or so later, but it doesnt really vary with throttle or anything. is this from the turbo?

i had a turbo xs boostcontroller too, i had the same problems, it looks cheap becasue it is cheap try a different one

Yeah. Try a new boost controler.
