Many problems please help me figure this out!

Ok here it goes......My car has been running great then all of a sudden one day it just starts acting up.
1. Blowing black smoke in the morning (leaving black streak on cement!!!)
2. When i first start up the car untill it warms up a little bit it has like rich studder. I give it a little gas to get going and if it tries to boost or even get close it studders really bad its horrible! Also my 02 voltage is staying between .89-.99!!! and this is with a 90 ECU remember!!! If im on the gas at all the voltage just stays in the rich area...what is the problem?
3. When i first start it i get knock when revving it. I get some knock when i just take off in 1st gear. If im in a gear any time just going with like 20% throttle i get knock counts for no reason! I also get knock in 3rd and up if im at WOT above 4k?? Ive tried leaning it out and ive tried richening it up doesnt help at all??
4. i cannot get my car to stay at 11psi. I have a Hallman ES MBC and if i have it all the way out right before the ball starts to jiggle around it still goes above 11. Also my turbo spools really slow. I have a 14b in great condition and it doesnt boost max untill about 4200 in any gear!! Please someone help me?
Here is what i have: brand new plugs (BPR7ES) and wires, new O2 sensor. New filter. Mods are in list. Please someone help me out here?

My ground wire for my exhaust fell off! This fixed the rich studder problem. I still have the knocking issue though?? Also my car misses at idle? Could this be the plug gap? Or maybe my coil? My boost still keeps going up? What is the deal? Please someone give me some ideas?
