turn headlights on rpms drop

when i turn my headlights on the rpms drop it also does it when my cluch is pushed in. other then that it runs fine. my volts are around 13.5 i have no idea what this could be.
could someone help??????

It's normal for the idle to drop after the headlights are turned on. That's because of the extra load on the alternator. However, it's only supposed to drop for a 1-2 seconds and than go back to normal idle.

I had that problem after resetting my ECU and my BISS. It took the car several trips before it relearned how to idle with the headlights on. At first it was trying to idle at 600rpms and dying at every light if the lights were on.

ISC may be going bad. Do a search you will find the resistance it needs to be and how to measure it.
