No Spark-car was underwater

My town Flooded early this year. Car was under water. Car currently has no spark. Changed ecu,cas,coils, and ignition transistor. When the problem started i had spark on 2 cylinders now i have no spark. I have been looking at the wiring. On the ecu i dont have power to pins102 or 107. Can anyone tell me if these are supplied from the ignition switch or the fuse block. Or if you have any other ideas of what could cause this. Any help is greatly apreciated

Oh, man. Sorry about your car.

Getting a car back from a flood is always a dicey propostion, and the repairs seldom ever stop- corrosion gets started in places never intended to get wet, and in the electrical system is the worst. And flood waters aren't exactly clean, so that makes it all worse.

If you possibly can, another car would be your best bet, and sell this one off for parts.
