On my 90 TSI with a 2600lbs ACT I left it setting for over 6 months cause it has engine problems. I went out to drive the car into my garage and it won't go into any gears with the engine running. If I turn the engine off I can shift through all the gears without a problem. I tried bleeding the clutch and then replacing the slave cylinder on the tranny and neither one helped. I think it's weird that it happened when the car wasn't even being used.

sounds like the seals on the clutch master cylinder are going bad...you can try adjusting the linkage at the top of the pedal and see if that helps....or just change the clutch master
