Hey guys, I failed emmissions... Code P1105 (fuel pressure solenoid). 2 weeks before I took it in, I installed a boost gauge and Tee'd it off of the fuel pressure solenoid. Is there a chance my boost gauge could be throwing this code? Anyone ever had a similar problem?

An easy way to determine if this was the source of the problem is to just plug it where you t-ed off and do the test once agian if the problem is solved then yes that would be causing an issue. I am not 100 percent sure but I wouldn't think that taking the same signal that the fpr uses as far as vacume is conserned would cause any fluctuations to your fpr resulting in an emitions fail. Don't rely on me though emissions are for the tree huggers and Al Gore's of the world. Do the same thing with our emissions as we do with them and get rid of them all before we loose our cars.
