thumping sound

I have a 92 tsi and when i go above 3000 rpms under heavy acceleration there is this thumping sound and i can feel it. What could it be. I think it might be the drive shaft, Not sure.

Possibly a broken sway bar or a bad motor mount.

I almost bet you it's your carrier bearing, mine had the same problem, easy and cheap fix...
