well that's what i'm about to say. i'm at my wits end with this car. it's blowing blue smoke out of the exhaust. has idle surge really bad. a really bad miss. here's a little history maybe someone can figure this one out. it's a rebuilt motor with about 100 miles on it. bottom and top rebuilt. i've tried everything to try to get rid of this miss but it just seems to be getting worst. i put in brand new ngk plugs the other day,new wires,cps,isc,tb,o2 sensor, 450 injectors, ecu, and on and on. i've tried everything that the search button would pull up. i'm not sure what else to try. maybe just burn the car. i drove it some last week and it run okay had that miss but besides that and the surge and the overheating it did okay. LOL. compression is even across all cylinders (150 last week when i checked). i'm just stumped.

no not yet. i'm doing that tomorrow. but in all the search i did it said nothing about timing affecting idle surge. one thing is that when i turn my key over i can hear my isc making loud clicking noises. it did that with both of the isc units i put on. is that normal. i know timing can affect my miss and the overheating, but the smoke and surge ? what gives. i have no voltmeter to check my isc's but i can't see both of them being bad. maybe i should go and buy a voltmeter. huh. but they both did the same thing. i don't know.
