problem with steering; HELP!!!

my steering has all of a sudden got really tight. The powersteering fluid is leaking out but not in the front of the car but underneath right bye the cv joint on the right side of the car near the right cv joint. Onthe cv joint there is a rubber bag, the leak is conected to that axle like a foot to the left of thecv joint bag. Isthis a problem that could be an easy fix, if so what part needs to be replaced beaceu I wanna fix it but I don't exactly have a lot of money right now. were u poor the fluid at is connected down below to a cylinder(rack and pinion)the cylinder is connected to the right and left side of the car to make it turn just follow the power steering lines and ull see what im talkin about. and that will cost a couple of houndred dollers just get one from the juck yard.
