Blitz Turbo Timer problems with locks...help!

Hello all, i just installed a Blitz Turbo Timer on my 98 GSX about 3 hours ago. I bought the wiring harness so all i had to do is un-plug, plug, then wire to the parking brake. I started it up, everything was going fine. I shut the car off and waited for the turbo timer to go through its 2 minute cool-down. I locked the doors from the inside of the car, then exited the car and shut the door. As soon as the turbo timer counted down and the car shut off, the doors unlocked! Its pretty pointless to have a TT if u have to sit and wait to lock ur doors after its done. Anyone have this problem or have any suggestions?

Same thing with mine it's kinda annoying I have an alarm and my locks stay locked untill the car is shut off then they unlock and they lock when I arm it. I wan't to find a way to make it so I can just arm it and walk away and have it stay locked.

There's gotta be alot of DSM'ers who have encountered this problem. Has anyone found a way to fix it??? Theres gotta be someone!

Same problem here. The alarm place said there's an extra actuator or sensor or some bull shit they wouldn't give me the details on that was $100 installed. They were probably just trying to scam me and it's just a change of settings.

Is there a way you can just disable the factory alarm? There must be some type of fuse somewhere u can pull. Is the reason the doors lock and un-lock automatically all because of the factory security system?

Mine never locked or unlocked before my aftermarket alarm. I used to be able to just lock the door from the inside, and walk away and the car would turn off and stay locked.
