Doesn't Like To Go Into Reverse

Ok guys... Here's My Problem. Most Of The Time Whenever My Car Is Sitting Completely Still And Then I Want To Shift To Reverse, It Becomes Very hard To Get It Into The Reverse Gear... Almost like I was Moving Forward While Trying To Shift To Reverse... Any ideas?

Not sure about the solution or root cause. But I've had the problem with a few other cars(one was a 90 Talon AWD turbo). Usually just shifted into first then back into reverse and it clicked in. I never really did anything about it and it was that way for years and years.
