i have my fuel pump rewired and just yesterday i was on my way to work when i got in my car and tried to start it. it took a few seconds of cranking and it finally kicked over but died a couple of seconds later. i tried again and the same thing. the third time it didnt even turnover at all. it just cranks, and cranks, and cranks. i check my fuel pump connections to make sure they were not loose. then i tried the fuel filter to see if the gas is even getting to the filter. i unbolted the nut on the top to where i could see the fuel and tried turning it over. normally this would end up in a mess, right? nope. nothing. the gas didnt even move. so my question is that, do i need a new pump or is it something else. i dont think it wouldnt be the starter cause it turns over fine it just wont bust off. n e ideas would help.
im 95% sure thats what it is if u wired the fuel pump right.
